Strength training is also essential to preventing injury from not just sports, but repetitive movements associated with daily living.

I can design a monthly training plan for you to do independently, whether you exercise at home or at a gym. Online training plans include weekly check ins and adjustments as needed to keep you on track to meet your fitness goals.
